2.6 Items Not Received (i.e Missing, Damaged)

We always strive to triple check all details before shipping the items out to you. If however, you (being the buyer and receiver), changes the delivery details with the courier company, i.e changing delivery instructions on your own volition without placing any signatures when receiving the parcel, we, Masata being the vendor and the shipper, will not be held responsible and liable should the items go missing or damaged, and no refunds, returns or replacements will be made. It is solely your responsibility as a buyer and a receiver to take necessary precautions to ensure things like these do not happen. 

 

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you received, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

- The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, otherwise we will not accept the return request. 

3.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intent to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued once we have received the item back in an unused condition and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging. Items need to be received by us within 14 days, otherwise the refund request will be nullified and voided immediately.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will not be issued if we find signs or marks that the item or product that has been used.

Refunds are only applicable for the product itself if the mistake was made on our end (i.e advised on the wrong part, defective product). We will not responsble on issuing a refunds for any fitting, removal, dynos or any garage related fees for that matter. 

3.4 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the shipping cost for the said item that is being returned.
